New News

Well news can travel fast in my family so most of you may of already heard about my Hubby and I's big news, but just incase you did't here's whats up since I last had a chance to post. As I posted before my Hubby and I were on a trip Thursday to Friday last week that kepted us pretty busy and excited. The first exciting thing that happened was Wensday night. We blew a tire. Not sure on what but we were on the highway heading for walmart when it happened. That delayed us a few hours cause we did not find a place to fix it till 9am Thursday morning and we were planning on leaving at 7am. Anyways we did eventually arrive at the town more northeast of us but we did not particularly like it from what we saw. It was very run down, dirty, and although the job would of been more professional than the second interview he had it just was not worth it. We did not feel that we could raise a family in that town, things did not feel right. So after waiting in the car for three hours while he had his interview (they didn't even have a mall for me to visit) lol. We looked in to one apartment complex we found online and then traveled two and a half hours south to our hotel. The hotel was another down fall. We found so many disgusting things, I've never seen a hotel room so...ewwwwwwwwwww. We found ants on the bed, the microwave that was in the room was all dirty and the top was burning off, the towels had spots, and stains of who knows what...So did the sheets. We did not stay there. We got our money back and left. The hotel we did stay at was nicer and they had a great breakfast the next morning as well. It was a little hard to eat we were both to excited and nervous about his interview. At 9am he had his interview. It is the job linked on my last blog. He returned to the hotel really excited. They offered him the job right there. Well to make a long story short we found our apartment that evening as well. Big surprise! We were not anticipating things to work out as smoothly as they did but God made things very clear. So Monday my hubby called and excepted the job. We're moving. YAY! No more bugs! Living in an old Victorian home that is not insolate and attracks lots of bugs has been fun but I'm ready to move on and I think my hubby is too. The apartment complex even has a free tanning both, a work out room, a pool and it is right accross the street from the mall. Its a blessing cause I will need to work once we move and it will be so easy for me to travel to work without having to use our car or rely on my hubby driving me. September is when we get our apartment so just one more month of bugs and heat.
