And in other goodnews......drum roll please.....I got the job! Yay! I'm so excited and in shock. It happened so quickly and so easily...It still feels to good to be true. Monday I saw the job in the paper after quickly scanning the teachers wanted section, Yesturday I went in around 5:30pm and started filling out an application. The secratary there asked for referances and since I did not have there info on me, she said to take the application home and come back tomorrow around 11:00am and purhaps the director will even be able to interview me then and thats exsactly what happened. Now my job will be working with toddlers all day 8 to 5 the youngest she said is about 18 months and the ratio child per teacher is 5:1. This means that ether I will be working alone with 5 children or working with another teacher and there will be 10 children between us both. I hope that I am put with another teacher for the first few weeks till I figure out there rutine. The little guys even have nap time. I wonder if thats when we get our lunch? I forgot to ask lol! I guess I will find out Thursday! Soooo thats my news I'm glad the computer was free in the office here so I could share the news with you all. I should probably go home and call my mom and let her know. Thanks for all the prayers!!
Oh to make some things clear about my before blog...when I said my last week had been a little ear ringing it was b/c of my hubby and I's saturday trip that I forgot to mention. Saturday we went 45 mins to another town and got to see a bunch of rock bands live. We got to see Michael Tait and his band. (not D.c Talk :( ) but he has some great music on his own too. Sanctus Real and Pillar where the other two bands. Pillar is more my hubbies type of music very hard rock, head banging, but good lyrics type. We also got to see Ken Davis speak. He's a christian comedian who wasn't quite as funny this time but on purpose....he was there more to teach/preach to the teens present. :) If any of you are looking for a good clean comedian who will make milk come out your nose....I recommend Ken Davis!!
