It has been too long since I last posted about how things have been going, but I hope you guys will bare with me. Things have been pretty busy with only 4 weeks left till we move, and now the land lady wants to have people start coming to look at our apartment so we have been trying to pack, as well as keep things neat and orderly in case someone just happens to pop over to take a look. Anyways other news my great grandma on my dad's side passed away this week. She was 92 and I did not get to know her to well, although I do remember going to her and her hubbies house at Christmas when I was really young. We always had fun playing with barbies or even the shoe box full of dinky cars. We'd race them around her dining room floor getting in the way of passer byers a lot! lol As far as I know she was a Christian so I know I will see her again one day in heaven and I know that must make it a little easier on my Grandma knowing this as well. One memory I do remember quite vividly was when she was offering us kids drinks. She had Pope or Pepsi...Yup she said pope instead of coke on accident and to make things funnier she changed Pepsi to priest so we all got to choose if we wanted a pope or a priest to drink. LOL Very interesting eh.
Oh in other news we may have a lead on a church. YAY! We were visiting with a couple on Saturday and he told us to look in to the church he attened in Wasighton. They are non demoniational but have many branches and there is even two within 9miles from our home. The church is called Calvary Chapel and we are really praying about this one.
Anyways I should be going I must go to do some groceries today. I made a loaf of bread last week and its gone, so is our milk and I'm feeling to swamped to make more bread from scratch so I am going back to buying it till after we move. :)
I hope you find a good church, we all need to be a part of a family. We have churches popping up all the time but I still don't think in your area. NYC is 2 hours away and I don't know how far away Leesburg Virginia is... friends of ours travel an hour from Maryland to there to go to church! Have fun finishing packing, I hate moving!!!
